BAT32G127 series uses the high-performance ARM Cortex-M0®+ 32bit RISC core, which can operate 32MHz, 128KB Flash Memory, 8KB SRAM. This product integrates I2C, SPI and UART standard interfaces, and integrates 12bit A/D converter, 8bit DAC, temperature sensor, comparator and operational amplifier.
Excellent low-power performance: Supports sleep and deep sleep modes. Operating power consumption is 35uA/MHz@32MHz. In deep sleep mode, power consumption is only 0.7uA, making it suitable for battery-powered low-power devices.
