The WST2026 MOSFET features a voltage rating of 30V, a current capacity of 0.1A, and an internal resistance of 13mΩ. It operates as an N-Channel polarity device packaged in the compact SOT-523-3L format.
This compact MOSFET is ideally suited for wearable devices and portable systems including Smart Watches, Bracelets, Micro Portable Digital products, Battery Protective Plates, and Communication Modules.
Both are N-Channel Single+ESD configuration MOSFETs in SOT-523-3L packages. The WST6002 features VDS of 30V and VGS of 20V with a low Ciss of 9pF. The WST6008 handles a higher ID of 0.3A with a VGS limit of 10V and a Ciss of 180pF.
